ONLINE RETURNS
Log in to our returns portal with your order number (it's in the order confirmation email) and the email address you used when you placed the order; and let us know what you want to return and why. 

The return request must be raised with us within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel.

Once you've registered your return via the portal, follow the instructions on how to send your return shipment. You can track your return via our track & trace page link shared in the Return pickup email, and once we received it we’ll email you.
